Hand made Sterling Silver "Rise" monogram pendant Necklace. The simple poignant word "Rise" has such powerful meaning, to rise above adversity, to rise up and gather in strength, to rise like the phoenix.
This particular style came from the spirit of the sacred Womyn's land in Hart Michigan and was created by Lydia Levieux. The song "Amazon Women Rise" has inspired many Womyn on this sacred land to unite in celebration of Womanhood , and the divine feminine. The silver in this piece was oxidized to allow the fine detail in spacing of the lettering to stand out.
Created by the lost wax casting process, and silver smithing process using files, flex shaft tools, fire, oxidizing, and a polisher.
Includes a 20 inch Sterling silver chain necklace fastened with a lobster claw clasp.
