This necklace is available in your choice of 18k yellow, white, or rose gold with either a shiny (pictured) or matte finish. The necklace comes on a high quality 18k gold diamond cut cable chain (length of your choice). You can also replace the diamond on the disc with a birthstone, just leave us a note in the "INSTRUCTION" section during checkout.
